Since 1995 when we started LaVilla Bistro in Shelburne, Vermont we have prided ourselves on experimenting with new flavors and techniques. Through our travels we became very fond of gelato and started experimenting in our kitchen.  Our gelato became so popular on our restaurant menu that we decided to give it it's own home and identity...and GUSTO GELATO began! 


Farm fresh milk and all the local ingredients we can muster go into every carefully crafted small batch of GUSTO GELATO. We've spent thousands of hours creating recipes using seasonal and inspiring fruit, specialty chocolates, nuts and natural flavors to bring Vermont the best gelato in the state. Small batches made daily make our gelato the best decision you'll make all day.
